Late registration has ENDED.

Please click on the appropriate link below for your child’s league to download the late registration form.  Hilton Parma Youth Soccer will only accept late registrations upon receipt of the following items:

    1. Completed late registration form.
2. Signed Zero Tolerance/Code of Conduct form.
3. For Kix and XL, soccer balls are optional this year and if you desire a ball, please add $7 to the price of your registration.
